TO TRAIN OR NOT TO TRAIN: IT'S NOT JUST A QUESTION

I've stated in previous blogs that  I've been in this business since the early 80's .  In that time I've seen many many changes  everyone of them I wouldn't have adjusted to without proper training.. The mechanical abilities have to come from within first and foremost remember as a child taking about stuff to see how it worked then putting back together? That set the base and foundation, your first training session.  As the equipment and vehicles progress so must you an your training. I myself have been through several training programs .. Goodyear, TIA , Michelin , BG Equipment(deals with transmission, coolant, fuel and diff flushes ) and one we all know ASE.  Every tech on staff goes through a training program that is unsurpassed,  The techs here at Triple T Tire & Auto Service  must become certified through the Tire Industry Association, The Class A Tech which Includes  Mechanic and Alignment Tech Have ASE Certifications. A SEASON THAT NEVER CHANGES

We are in the middle of August summer is winding down and school is back in session,  fall is just around the corner with old man winter trailing not far behind.  I've seen every type of vehicle and customer  in my 35 + years of working on and being around an automobile, I've dealt with every type of customer known to man  A pessimist, optimist, delusional and one that after years of faithful service they trust your opinion and judgement. The world has changed and the people that dwell within. I firmly agree that everyone deserves a fair chance in life.  We all want the sames things for us and our families, Health, prosperity and a chance to live in a world where freedom of expression or religion should not be looked down upon. I firmly agree no one should force their individual views on another by violence.  But we as a society have become brain washed. I'm not using this as a political shouting point. I see each person just as that a person, We as a culture must realize this isn't our play ground and we can't pick sides play dodge ball and go home at the end of the da...
