Sitting in this hotel room in the busy city of Chicago, I realize how much I miss 
the tranquility of a place called home. The pace of life here is unreal, BUT
anyway back to the point at hand. I'm sitting in a training class with 25 other store managers
in the auto service industry and realize we all face 1 main issue, How do we bring back the hands on customer service and delete Corporate America and the internet customer service world
of places like Tire Buyer and Tire Rack etc?  The struggle is real but not so much for us the businesses as it is for YOU  Mr. John Q Customer. . Think about that for a moment... how can the struggle be real for you when you SEEM to be getting a great price on a tire. 
You log in , you pick it out and you pay .. It's shipped to your installer and boom your're done
Not so fast,  The installer gets your tires sets the appointment up and ,
It's game day the tires are mounted without a hitch and now comes the balance and putting
 on your vehicle. A reputable company  ensures your tires are calling for the best tires weights
and placed in the correct locations on the rim , to ensure the best possible ride. 
I myself worked as a Tire lube tech , mechanic and Customer Service Associate 
Before becoming a Store Manager. I have personally seen balance issues on these tires more times than I can count, For example: The tires hop will turning on the tire balancer or they sway side to side. Summer's Coming

(Summer's Coming) Getting Ready For The Road  This past weekend my bitter half and I .. Oops I mean my better half and I hit the road for a couple's weekend retreat, It was a small one 500 miles round trip. I put My old trusty steed the gas hog in the garage and decide to rent a small compact economy car . That sucker got 28.9 mpg i think it only held 12 gal though..  Anyway enough of the ramblings of an old man..  When I picked it up the tire light was on and no washer fluid. So that got me thinking . No Bump No Grind Why Change Struts When They Ride Fine

 This is a question we all have heard after recommending replacement of the your  struts and/or shock absorbers on a vehicle. This recommendation is usually made based on a visual inspection of your vehicle's suspension components it could be your shocks , struts or the front steering system. Most Manufacture's recommend that you replace shocks and struts at around 100,000 miles or sooner depending on the driving conditions of your area, coupled with the driving style of the principle driver, will determine how long these parts will perform satisfactorily.
